What an audit request includes

The request form saves your podcast link, email address, main goal, delivery consent, external model preference, personal follow-up preference and any optional role or context you provide. It also records a request reference, submission time and processing status. This information is used to prepare and deliver your assessment and, if requested, follow up about your show.

Requests are stored in a private review queue on Vercel. They are not published in the sample audit or sent to the newsletter. Please share only information needed to review your show.

Preparing and sharing an assessment

Automated checks visit your public podcast feed and website to prepare an evidence-based assessment. Audio files are not analyzed by these checks. Evidence checks can fail or disagree, so uncertain assessments are held for review before delivery. If you consent to delivery, a report may be emailed through our email provider using the address you submitted.

If you opt in to the free external model check, a separate AI provider receives only anonymous numeric and categorical evidence derived from public sources. It does not receive podcast titles, prose, URLs, your email address, role, private request goal, optional challenge or other contact details. The free provider may log this anonymous evidence. Opting out keeps your assessment in the personal review queue before delivery.

Approved reports use private links that expire after 30 days. Anyone you share a link with can read that report. The report does not include your submitted email or optional private context. Removing your request revokes access to its report link; public-source audit evidence is stored separately until it is removed.

Public discovery checks may query Apple Podcasts using your show title and feed identity. Reports retain dated listing and query observations, review counts and rating distributions, and possible peer shows. Written review text is not stored. Unavailable optional sources are labeled as unknown and do not prevent delivery of the core assessment.

Optional private measurements

With your explicit save consent, the private report can store aggregate search, AI-answer and OP3 download measurements, date windows, and peer relevance choices. CSV files are summarized in your browser; their raw rows are not uploaded. These measurements are labeled as owner-provided, stored separately from the approved audit, and excluded from external model checks. Anyone with the private report link can read or replace them. Revoking that link also removes access to these measurements; stored records remain until removed, with no automatic deletion schedule.

Newsletter and podcast subscriptions

Requesting an audit does not subscribe you to anything. Newsletter links take you to Substack, where you choose whether to subscribe under that service’s terms and privacy policy. Podcast and GitHub links take you to their respective sites.

Simple usage counts

The site counts actions such as opening the sample, requesting an audit and clicking a tool or subscription link. These counts do not contain your email, podcast link or a visitor identifier. The application sets no tracking cookies.

To limit repeated submissions, the application stores a keyed hash of your network address in time-windowed rate-limit records. It does not add the raw address to your request or usage counts. Hosting providers may also process request metadata for security and delivery.

Access and removal

To ask about or remove a request, email hello@conorbronsdon.com from the address you submitted and include your request reference if you have it. Requests stay in the review queue until Conor removes them; there is no automatic deletion schedule in this beta.
